  • Custom graphic design from scratch
  • Photography or copywriting services
  • Requests submitted after 25th processed next month

Includes
  • Up to 8 individual product images replaced or repositioned
  • Basic optimization (compression, resizing for web)
  • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
Excludes
  • Photo editing, background removal, or retouching
  • Creating lifestyle shots
Turnaround: 1–2 business days per batch

Page Content Updates
Includes
  • Existing pages only — no new page creation
  • Up to 500 words of text changes per update, OR
  • 1 section layout modification, OR up to 5 images added/replaced on a single page
  • Client must provide final copy and assets
Excludes
  • Full page redesigns or new section builds
  • Custom coding or restructuring entire page layouts
  • Product page template changes (affects multiple pages — project work)

Marketing App Setup
Includes
  • Install, basic configuration & one active campaign setup
  • Qualifying apps: loyalty/rewards, referral, bundles, upsell/cross-sell, discount campaigns, cart boosters, promotional pop-ups
  • Scope: install → configure → set up one campaign → test → handover
  • Examples: reward points for 5 products, one referral tier, one bundle offer, one cart upsell rule, one promo discount code
Excludes
  • Multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Custom graphics for promotional banners
  • Writing marketing copy for campaigns
  • Managing ongoing campaign performance
  • Apps requiring custom coding or API integrations
  • Non-marketing apps (inventory, shipping, accounting)
  • Paid app subscription fees (client pays provider directly)
Turnaround: 3–5 business days from app selection confirmation. Client must provide campaign details (products, discount %, point values, referral incentives, etc.)

Covers
  • Broken links, 404 errors
  • Checkout functionality issues & cart errors
  • Display glitches & mobile responsiveness problems
  • App conflicts preventing normal store operation
Does Not Cover
  • Bugs caused by client-installed apps or themes
  • Third-party plugin issues outside our control
  • Problems requiring custom development
  • Fixes requiring more than 2 hours quoted separately
Response time: Critical bugs (checkout broken, site down) within 6 business hours · Non-critical bugs within 2 business days

  • Monitor & apply Shopify theme updates when available
  • Resolve conflicts between theme updates and installed apps

  • Custom app installation and configuration beyond basic setup
  • Product page template redesigns or new templates
  • Custom coding or Liquid development
  • Copywriting, graphic design, or photography services
  • SEO optimization, keyword research, or content strategy
  • Email marketing, abandoned cart setup, or automation workflows
  • Training sessions or Shopify admin tutorials
  • Migration to new themes or platforms
  • Third-party integrations (ERP, POS, accounting software)
  • Legal page updates requiring compliance review
  • Domain, hosting, or email setup
  • Shopify app subscription costs (client pays providers directly)
Section 3
Client Responsibilities
  • Provide all final assets (images, copy, links) for updates
  • Maintain active Shopify subscription and app licenses
  • Respond to approval requests within 48 hours (delays push delivery timeline)
  • Submit requests via WhatsApp only during business hours
  • Grant Jumix team Staff Account access to Shopify admin

Usage Terms & Limits
Monthly Allocation Reset
  • All monthly deliverables reset on the 1st of each month
  • Unused allocations do not roll over or accumulate
  • Requests after 25th may be processed the following month
Request Prioritization
  • Requests handled in order received unless marked urgent
  • Urgent requests (checkout broken, site down) take priority
  • Requests should be distributed throughout the month — no end-of-month stockpiling
Turnaround Expectations
  • Turnaround times start when complete assets and instructions are received
  • Incomplete briefs or missing assets will delay delivery
  • Rush requests (same-day or next-day) may incur additional fees

Payment Terms
Billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Service Suspension
Jumix reserves the right to suspend service if payment is overdue by more than 7 days. Service resumes upon payment clearance. Suspended time does not extend the contract period.
